| omschrijving | Honourable East India Company sword. It has a gilt brass five-ball hilt with an octagonal cushion pommel. On the reeded ivory grip is a cartouche engraved with the H.E.I.C. lion crest. The blade is straight- with traces of engraving. The scabbard is missing. This sword is part of the Spinney collection which includes- in total- sixteen swords- five dirks and three pistols AAA3114 (pair) and AAA3115.
