omschrijvingA side-lock flintlock pistol with traditional Spanish features including a large square-jawed cock with a ring at the top- which is similar to the Madrid lock. The calibre of the pistol is 0.725 in. while that of the British sea-service pistol was 0.56in. The inscription – ‘Santissima Trinidada 21st Octr 1805’ would indicate the pistol was taken from the ‘Santissima Trinidad’ at Trafalgar.
