omschrijvingA Staffordshire, flat-back figure group depicting the death of Nelson. The admiral, eyes closed, clad in mottled pink breeches, his hat on the deck, is supported by two naval officers in blue uniform coats, black hats and boots. The lace on the uniforms is picked out in gilt.The left-hand officer rests his hand on Nelson's shoulder, the right-hand officer lays his hand on Nelson's forehead.
