omschrijvingConserve dish, part of a Queen's pattern tea service said to have belonged to Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). The dish is circular with a scalloped edge and a handle. It is moulded with a pattern of rose leaves and buds, one of which is applied, the stem forming the handle. On a white background, thin painted gold lines form a rosette pattern superimposed on the moulded leaves.
