omschrijvingHelikopter reddingsharnas. Harnas van rode parachutedoek met blauwe canvas band en aluminium gespen. Op het harnas zitten reflecterende stroken. Met gedrukte tekst: no. 6F/1060373 / Harnass helicopter Rescue 7514 nov. 1996 / Manufactured by QO parachutes l.t.d. United Kingdom. Military, Coastguard and Civilian Search and Rescue (SAR) Helicopters are tasked with the recovery of survivors and casualties from the sea and other difficult or inaccessible locations. The helicopter Rescue Harness is used to lower a SAR crewman to survivors. The Helicopter Rescue Strop is used in conjunction with the harness and enables the SAR crewman and survivor to be hoisted up to the helicopter.
